"Vali" Shines in Bologna

The book Vali, illustrated by Somayeh Mohammadi and written by Marjan Zarifi, has been selected as the only winning work from Iranian publishers at the Bologna International Illustration Festival.

According to the Iranian Book News Agency (IBNA), this book has secured a special place in this prestigious international event and has been recognized as a representative of Iran among the winners.

The Bologna Children's Book Fair, held annually in Bologna, Italy, since 1963, is one of the most significant global events in children's literature. Each year, this exhibition hosts authors, illustrators, publishers, translators, and professionals from the children's book industry worldwide for four days.
